We hope you never need this information but in life, things happen and we will do what we can to make it right.

Here's the legal mumbo jumbo.

Returns

To return a TC Killer Designs product:

You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at tckillerdesigns@gmail.com and make a request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email, the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

What cannot be returned:

Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. In addition, please note that sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles. If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, or to purchase a sample product, please email us at tckillerdesigns@gmail.com

We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns or offer discounts/refunds for this reason once the garments are custom printed.

If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us at tckillerdesigns@gmail.com within 14 days from receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for a return, reprint, or credit. Please provide your order number with all correspondence.

Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

We understand that your order arriving on time is ESSENTIAL. Whether you're ordering an in stock design or or expediting a custom order.

Orders are shipped with USPS, UPS or FedEx, and every order receives a tracking number before it leaves our facility.

Standard Order Turn Around: In Stock standard designs will generally be shipped or available for pick up next business day.

Custom Order Turn Around*: Custom orders will be shipped or available for pick up in 5-7 business days*. 

Expedited Order*:

Our number one priority is providing excellent service without skimping on impeccable quality, even under the tightest deadlines.  

        Expedite Fees: 

• 5 Business Days - 10% of order total
• 2-3 Business Days - 35% of order total
• 24 Hours/Same Day - 50% of order total

*Typical turn around time subject to change depending on workload. Any delays will be effectively communicated with customer before job is accepted. 

*Expedited orders may be denied due to current workload

*Production time begins when order is paid and artwork has been approved. Custom designs take up to 3 additional business days to create before approval; a seperate design fee is required.
